Temporary living — also known as corporate housing or mid-term rental — fills the gap between a hotel and an open-ended tenancy. You rent a completely equipped flat for a manageable period, typically one to six months, and move in without buying furniture, registering utilities or sourcing kitchenware. Unlike a hotel you have your own kitchen, a proper workspace and far more privacy; unlike a conventional tenancy you are not tied in for years and pay no agency commission.

Rent for a BeLLeArTi apartment depends on size, location and length of stay. All quoted prices apply for occupancy by up to two people; for larger groups and staff accommodation we prepare an individual quote. Because we let directly as the owner, there is no agency commission and no platform fee.
Living
Fully furnished apartment in a restored Viennese period building with parquet floors, double doors and box-type windows. Depending on the unit, with a separate bedroom and living or work room, or as an open-plan kitchen-living space.
Kitchen
Completely equipped kitchen with crockery, cookware and appliances. You cook for yourself from day one — the single largest cost difference compared with a hotel stay.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower or bathtub, plus a washing machine in every apartment along with a hairdryer and iron. No launderette, no laundry service.
Extras
Selected apartments have their own sauna, and two apartments are fitted with mattresses for allergy sufferers. Bicycle parking at every location.

Since 2011 every BeLLeArTi apartment has been created exclusively through the sustainable revitalisation of existing buildings — without sealing additional land through new construction. Energy efficiency was further improved by properly restoring the existing box-type windows instead of replacing them. Every apartment is fully furnished and comes with a completely equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer and iron. You move in and can start living and working straight away — no furniture or household goods required. Selected apartments also have their own sauna.
Which Vienna districts do you cover?
BeLLeArTi rents in four Vienna districts: 1030 Landstraße (21 apartments), 1050 Margareten (14), 1100 Favoriten (14) and 1120 Meidling (20). All locations are well served by public transport and only a few minutes from the city centre. We also have apartments in Reichenau an der Rax.
How large are the apartments?
Sizes range from 30 m² for compact one-room apartments and studios up to 105 m² for generous family and staff apartments. Most units fall between 40 and 70 m².
Are the apartments suitable as corporate or staff accommodation?
Yes. At Antonsplatz in 1100 Vienna we offer staff apartments sleeping up to 6 people, some with a sauna.
